این پروژه علیرغم دارای عمق کمی بود لیکن عملیات اجرایی آن با مخاطرات فراوانی مواجه بود زیرا ساختمان های ضلع غربی پروژه، همانگونه که در تصاویر مربوطه قابل مشاهده می باشد بسیار قدیمی و بعضا با قدمت بیش از 100 سال می باشند و 5 ساختمان در ضلع غربی پروژه واقع شده بود که همه آنها فاقد هرگونه سیستم باربری سازه ای بوده اند و برهمین اساس به دلیل حساسیت بالای انها به هرگونه تغییرشکل، عملیات اجرایی پایدارسازی ضلع غربی با محدودیت های خاصی مواجه بوده است. از طرفی این خاک محل پروژه تا عمق 3 متری بصورت نخاله ساختمانی بوده که به دلیل نداشتن هرگونه چسبندگی، پنل برداری آن با دشواری و مخاطرات ویژه ای همراه بوده است.
Despite the insignifcant depth of this project, the excavation operation was accompnied with many potential risks due to the old adjacent buildings on the west side, As it can be seen in the relevant pictures, 5 buildings were located on the west side which were very old aged more than 100 years and all of the lacked any structural load-bearing system, hence, , the excavation operation of stabilisation on the western side faced special limitations due to the high sensitivity of the adjacent buildings to any deformation. On the other hand, the soil at the project site was indluding debris up to a depth of 3 m, thus, any excavation had been associated with special difficulties and risks and due to the lack of stability on soil panels.
